Dana Courtney, MA 200-hr RYT, Curriculum Advisor

Dana-GoegleinDana's personal yoga journey has taken many twists and turns over the years. Little did she know that it would eventually lead her to find a spiritual home in the jungle of Costa Rica. Through nothing short of divine guidance, Dana was brought to Nosara, where she completed her 200-hour Interdisciplinary Teacher and later, Pranassage Practitioner Trainings.

Dana is a yoga facilitator in the New York City area, sharing the power of a self-inquiry-based practice in the wilds of the Concrete Jungle. Drawing inspiration from Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga practices, Dana is grateful for Don and Amba's encouragement to constantly explore, expand and evolve, and to honor the guidance of her inner guru.

Off of the mat, Dana finds her yoga through culinary arts, with a Masters in Food Studies from New York University, and a holistic chef's training certificate through the Natural Gourmet Institute.  A life-long food enthusiast, private chef, and whole foods educator, she strives to deepen the connection between body and spirit.

I’m honored to be a part of the assisting team during the 200-hour trainings
